September 29: network issue

Between approximately 12:10am and 12:30am today, we experienced an issue with a piece of network hardware that powers Etsy.com. While the site remained available during that period, some users may have experienced degraded performance. The issue appears to have corrected itself and we are investigating further. Etsy is currently stable as we look into the problem.
